Here for a strategy launch this morning. Such a fascinating building and even more impressive on the inside.

This was my first visit to this part of town for a long time and it has changed considerably - I was particularly struck by the wonderful looking delis and cafes. I suspect if I worked nearby I would double in size within a few months...
