Sunday Stroll

... While husband no 1 goes for a paddle. It was a glorious morning and high tide was 10.30 so it was optimum conditions. I didn't feel up to going for a paddle but was glad to get some fresh air. I dropped Anders off on the Leven and let him paddle all the way down to the castle where I met him again with the dogs. Daisy is in this shot, she waded out to greet her da.

Not done much else today, but I feel a lot better tonight. Even managed to eat some beans on toast and they have stayed down- progress!!
