Back......

...knackered.
Was off work Wed, Thurs and Fri.
My back is really sore.
Doc says muscle spasm & gave me anti-inflamatory drugs.
Not much improvement, so getting an inversion table - kind of like a rack for torture, except without the big wheel - gravity does all the pulling.
I can walk ok, but bending, driving and lifting are almost impossible.
This shot at Sleepy Hollow was an attempt to 'loosen' off my stupid back.
No joy.
Don't want to be off work any more, but it's not looking too hopeful at the moment.

Bugger.
