A lovely afternoon walk along the river was just what I needed to get rid of the headache that I had woken up with.

We had Caitlin & her boyfriend Sean round as well today as it's Caitlin's birthday tomorrow and we cooked a meal for her, gave her her gifts and then she has gone to the movies with Sean & her sister.
