Splash!

Well, my mate Tomson did a rather cool splash, and never got around to asking what he exactly did. Now I did just ask him in the comments, but as he didn't react within 1 minute, I got to playing around myself.

Almost 2 years ago I did a waterdrop, but you can keep a faucet dripping: a glass like this is kinda a one drop-one shot situation.

I think I've done reasonably well but the detail vs. contrast is kinda hard to get right. Suffering from sliderfatigue i just kept it at this. Grayscale, low brightness and low contrast

(yes, it looks high-contrast, but in combo with the brightness adjust this felt good. any comment on this is appreciated ofcourse)
