First Sunday in Advent

For the second time this year we were lured to Musselburgh for the parade of the Saltire, the pounding of the hooves of 40 horses and the skirl and beat of a pipe and drum band. Factor in TV royalty in the form of Sally Magnusson and the backdrop of a crystal clear sky and a theatrically low sunlight and it was a perfect day for blipping the annual parade of the Saltire to the Advent Carol Service at Inveresk Church. In the morning, a beach coffee rendezvous with Arclight+ and Sgt.Peppers Imageanation was a wonderful start to the day after all the excitement of last night's Fun Fiddle Ceilidh featuring Tiggy
