Sun, but no Comet

Comet ISON has faded even more apparently so there will be no chance of naked eye sightings I'm afraid. As a veteran of disappointing comets, beginning with Kohoutek in 1973 which was heralded as the comet of the century, this comes as no surprise to me at all.
