Canterbury tart.

I was too busy with visitors to cook for and entertain, so just a blip of one of the pudding dishes. (I did a trifle for the other one!)
I'm still using all the apples I was given, so Canterbury tart seemed a good choice. It went down well, so did the boozy trifle!!
