bathing mallard

Grabbed an hour in our local country park to have a play with the big lens - with the ducks on the lake making obliging subjects before the sun rapidly dropped behind the trees. There's a little motion blur in the head of this one - but I thought it showed more about the bird than the more portrait style pictures.
