OLD GRAVE

Went to the cemetery at Mt. Somers when there for the weekend and this was one of the old graves. It (the Cemetery) is very spaced out - some on the high ground and some others on the lower level behind in groups. Lots of young children and young men and women buried there - the 1800's and early 1900's - think maybe some of them may have been taken when that big flu epidemic raged through N.Z.
Anyway the bell on this mans grave came from the place he was born in in Ireland and he lived to a ripe old age for that time anyway.
