Timaru Festival of the Roses

The day dawned very nice and the was plenty of hope for another hot day for the Rose festival, but then mid morning the wind get up, and although it was sunny, the wind was cold.
Now after lunch I have got a few things to do round the house, then chill out for the rest of the day.
