Dodgy knee
Following my exploits a couple of weeks back at the Survival of the Fittest run, turns out I didn't 'survive' it unscathed. My physio has confirmed that my leg wasn't right and has strapped my kneecap up in a funny way that is slightly uncomfortable but supposed to help the tendons. I have been advised to scale back my running and start doing strengthening exercises before building up the miles again. Hey ho, I'll do what she says and fingers crossed I'll be stronger for it
