Mersey days

Shopping trip to Liverpool and before we hit the stores we took the bus tour. Nice views of the Liver Building, Albert Dock and the new Museum of Liverpool.

I love the legend about the liver birds: if they were to fly off the Mersey would burst its banks and the city cease to exist. Thankfully they are tied down ;-)
