Betty's tea shop

Today we finally got round to spending our Betty's tokens in Ilkley. We got to ask to see the trolley (which meant we remembered this Is it on the Trolley?) which never fails to raise a smile.

And did some Christmas shopping...

On the way there we went through all the songs we'll be made to sing when we're in old people's homes...Abba, Simon and Garfunkle for Snotty and Slade and Gary Glitter Mud and wizard for me (although I seem to have wiped this out of my head in spite of hearing approximately 8,000,000 times over the last many years...)

And on the way home the sky was magic. Colne sky...
