Surfing East Lothian

Our trip to Stonehaven was cancelled due to illness as soon as we had collected and packed the car, so we decided to get out of town anyway.
While Jacob slept we did a quick recce of a few lesser known East Lothian spots for future house hunting, before ending up at the John Muir Country Park. Fuelled by sausage rolls from the brilliant community bakery in Dunbar, Jacob walked all the way from the car, over the boggy grassland, and to the beach. Once there he and Henny were transfixed by the strange black creatures zooming around in the sea - surfers! It was far too cold for us so we headed back to Chester street to warm up with tea and scones.
