Some of a flock of Turnstones

Weather started off a little brighter but soon turned cloudy again and quite cold too.
C. at home so after breakfast we went over to the garrison for a walk. Saw the swans, took a shot of a large tanker out at sea with a yacht quite near, little and large! Also took a pic of some grafitti and seedheads. However my blip today was of these seabirds, which from looking at my bird book I think are Turnstones. Never seen them before. Best large.
Saw Ali and Dave lunchtime, went for another walk later and have been doing some cooking.
