Saturday: Yes Or No?

There is a referendum taking place in Croatia tomorrow on the question as to whether marriage can only exist between a man and a woman.  The results will be legally binding and it is pretty likely that the 'yes' vote (i.e. no to gay marriage) will win.  We were out in town this morning, running some errands, and saw the tail end of a march supporting gay marriage.  This was the police dispersing after the march.

I wrote an op-ed on the subject of the referendum which appeared in one of the national newspapers earlier this week, basically highlighting how it was tackled in the UK this year (namely that organisations that don't want to conduct gay marriages can opt out).  I have had some good feedback on it which has been nice.
