St.Andrew's Sky

I'd always planned to shoot some photos around St.Andrew's Suspension Bridge in the Gorbals of Glasgow this morning. After all today is St.Andrew's day.

I'd imagined a beautiful sunrise, the rowers on the river, the joggers and dog walkers. The swans feeding or a silhouette of the old bridge...

Then last night. That horrible accident just along the river.

I still went down to the Gorbals this morning but to be honest I didn't really have any appetite for photography today.

It seemed appropriate just to take a couple of shots of a blue sky with the steam trails from the Gorbals Brewery.
