Prayer Soaked

We headed to the Stanford-le-Hope Boiler room today, a 24-7 Prayer community. They own a big house which is their central point though no-one lives there permanently (just guests like us), it houses a prayer room, an art studio, a big dining room, bedrooms etc etc... Such a beautiful and inspiring place. All of the community live within 1 mile of the house, but come together there once mid week for dinner, then sunday for a service and lunch and then at various points in the week doing community outreach stuff... On thursday they do a thing called 'Café' at a local school, it only runs for an hour, but they do 2 hours of praying before it begins!! Everything is SO prayer soaked!
The house is beautiful, everywhere you look there's some arty/crafty something or other... This homemade prayer tree is in the prayer room...

Anyway, tonight, we (the Vision students) threw a party for all the Café staff, about 30 adults and kids. There was a 3 course meal, songs and games - much fun!
