Get on your bike and ride!!

And that is exactly what I did this morning. Up and out - a chilly but beautiful morning ride of 52 miles.

I don't know who said the quote "you're only one bike ride away from a good mood", but I wholeheartedly agree with them!

Bring on Strictly...Musicals special...it is a dream come true!!!
