Been doing my Hans Voll impersonation today.

If you remember this, it's now finished all its slow fermenting and I've stuck it into jars this morning.

I'll be saving this for Christmas to cook up with left over sprouts and lots of bacon. I'll be farting so hard the neighbourhood will think a fog alert is going off :-)
