Venice or what?

What is the answer. This is a tiny part of a house and garden built by James Deering, he of International Harvester fame, in 1916/17 in Miami and now deservedly a US National Historic Landmark. It's over the top and dripping in European 17/18 th century influences and detail but incorporating state of the art technology. Well worth a visit. And it's called Vizcaya!
