Christmas baubles, supersized.

After a busy two day conference near Greenwich, I had the opportunity to spend a little bit of tourist time in London.
A trip to the city centre was planned, in the company of Maria from Finland.

We had a very pleasant wander through Covent Garden, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beginning to feel hungry, we found a lovely French bistro. Champagne cocktails made a perfect appetiser, and a long walk along the South Bank of the river to London justified the dessert :)

A very pleasant way to spend a Friday evening!
