Mockingbird overlooks Nine Mile Creek

A gray winter day. I was out walking Panda, when I heard and then saw this mockingbird. I was able to get awfully close and take a clear photo given I held a leash with a barking and pulling dog on the end.

A mockingbird was the first bird we saw and heard when visiting the neighborhood in the spring of 2012.

Yet another sight I've seen because I had to walk my dog
