Getting better.

As I was yesterday, I'm still desperately searching for something for my November "Love" theme about today.

We camped out in the cold in the sitting room again while the workmen tinkered with the new air source heat pump and the plumbing. Tess was feeling a lot better and eating again, so obviously I love that. But the cold and the boredom and the daytime TV and the inability to get where I wanted when I wanted to was starting to wear me down.
I grabbed my craft/sewing/scraps bag and got started on a Christmas present idea I'd been toying with. Tess got involved eventually but was tired and irritable after her sickness.

Finally I had made 7 x make your own felt puppy kits and Richard was feeling quite a bit better. I love that.

Still no heating or hot water but we're getting there.

Forcing yourself to look for positives and things you love every day is okay, but some weeks really are rather crap!
