Sternschnuppenmarkt Part 1

First attempt at getting something of the spirit of the Xmas market here.

I think next time I'll take the gorillapod with me.

These are meant to be stylised Lilies, which are a symbol of Wiesbaden. I think they are very pretty.

After the trials of yesterday, I woke up feeling pretty rubbish. But I showered and headed off to work as usual. Got there and discovered that I had left my keys at home. This was not good, as on my keyring is the key to unlock my little chest of drawers. The little chest of drawers where I keep my computer.

So I headed off home, got the keys and came back to work ready for Part 2 of the Crash That Can't Happen. I worked and worked at it and got no further forward. So I googled the problem. Nothing.

And then I tried my last resort. The search engine on our internal website. My experience of these is not good, although in fairness the one I'm working with at the moment did find something for "squirrel" when I used it as a search term. In English. Very pleasing

Anyway I had a go and discovered that my problem had actually been found. Sadly, there was no solution, just a bald "that always happens when you do the thing you were trying to do". I suspect I'll be getting in amongst things on Monday to make sure it doesn't happen.
