The Resurrection

Yesterday saw the Bakewell xmas tree go up.
Unfortunately it was a very ugly tree.
I can honestly say it was one of the ugliest trees I'd ever seen, not only was it looking dead but it also had the appearance of having been vandalised with branches hanging off the the bottom and the lights draped around in a very unloved way.
Anyway,
After some hurried phone calls and emails to the District Council this morning saw the resurrection!
A brand new tree which looks great.
