To tie, or not to tie?

Early blip today - working at 10 so the poor dogs were dragged out early!
Howling gale in Ness but not so bad in town. Hail showers too. And cold. Sitting here in the car before heading in but I really don't want to leave the heat of the car - I recon when I open the door it'll steam!

Anyway as I was out with dogs I noticed one of the ties on this lifebuoy-ring-thingy (long story why I call them that) was undone. Now, I walk past this nearly every day but I can't say I've ever noticed it being undone!

I tied it up in the end!
