Today was thanksgiving

Early wake-up for turkey trot. As Cold and windy as it gets. Ran alone for the whole race until I caught Kirgis around mile 3. Time of 31:34...not so awful considering the conditions. Shore road was like running into a wall. 23/3000 and an age grade of 87.4%?!

Not too long car ride to Copake. Some lunch and some sleep until dinner. Ate so much food it hurt. The things I cooked were well received. Gonna lie in bed.

I suppose I should tell you about Tanya. She makes my day, every day. She's kind, caring, and smart. She's also strong and beautiful. I'll leave some more for tomorrow.
