Beautiful and Blue

This morning this delphinium looked lovely in the morning light. I also took some shots of my wonderful orange/red lilies but the colours just wasn't looking right. So thought the delphinium would be my blip for the day.

It was to have been a warm day but so far it hasn't lived up to the weather forecast. I have done tones of washing so hope it all dries well.

Apart from going out and paying bills the day has been really quiet one for me. It is my oldest son's birthday today and he well be busy with his friend so I told him I would take him out for lunch tomorrow or Sunday and he said Sunday. After lunch we can go shopping and he can get want he wants for his birthday.
