Catbells from Bassenthwaite
Stayed last night with a friend in Maryport, on our way back from South Wales. Today started dull but dry, so we decided to bag a couple of Marylyns. These were Watch Hill and Binsey near Cockermouth. As the morning went on the cloud gradually cleared, leaving very nice light. On the way to Keswick to get lunch, we stopped near Dodd Wood, and got this great view of Catbells and Maiden Moor.
Back blip for yesterday.
