A late night and an early start meant I was tired and drained when I woke this morning. But there was no time to rest today! My husband had chosen to take the day off for us to go Christmas shopping. I have a million and one things to do but I can't say no to him.

Got home and had enough time to start getting the school fete's hampers started before little fingers got in my way! Still took me nearly 2 hours to get them all finished; I'm too much of a perfectionist to just throw things in! Then it was cook dinner, eat, bath girls and finish some sewing that needed doing. Then start my packing for my weekend away with my girl friends. And dye my hair, which I'm just about to start doing. I've never been so shattered and in need of a break!! Trust me to leave things to the last minute. I always do; I'll never change!
