La Hogue

La Hogue is a farm shop. Their sausages were recommended to me the other day by our electrician. I went today and bought some vegetables along with some sausages. It is shown in the picture.

I was in the middle of cooking the sausages for tea, with red cabbage and sweet potato mash, when the gas ran out. It was dark outside, and we hadn't changed the gas before. I asked Mr Pandammonium would he change the gas bottles over for me, otherwise he wouldn't be getting his sausages.

He leapt into action at once, and in almost next to no time, we were once again cooking with with gas.

I found the sausages tasty, if a little salty.
