Christmas lights

Had a lovely afternoon with my baby son Matthew.. We shopped and he bought me walking poles, an early Christmas Present.. I'm so excited i can't wait to use them ha ha!!
He really treated his mum today, bought me coffee and then lunch and then we looked around the North Laines in Brighton where we used to shop when he was really young.. Every Saturday we would meet my hubby after work and on the way would walk down to Kensington gardens to a lovely little shop called the Hive.. He would spend his pocket money on marvel comics and X men figures.. Oooh i may blip wolverine another day!!
The Hive is no longer there but anyone who knows Brighton will know the North Laines are similar to Camden so a very colourful vibrant area with lots of quirky little shops..
The weather was atrocious .. Actually atrocious is too strong a word! It was dank and dismal like yesterday. Very low cloud, could feel the damp in the air and really poor light so i waited until darkness to take a pic of the Christmas lights..

Mr Me finished work at 5pm and i was hoping to travel home with him but as per usual he forgets to switch his phone on when he leaves work and so didn't see my text.. Well that's his story!
Matt was meeting his mate so we cuddled and said our goodbyes.. I'm now home laptop on knee and tv in the corner with Mr Me sat on the other sofa and teen in bed with a migraine..
