Poor Casper

Our Casper does not have a high pain threshold so when he started yelping we thought he had pulled a muscle on his walk. On closer inspection we realised he had half ripped off one of his dew claws.

I took him to the vets who kept him in to operate!!! I felt like a terrible mother leaving him there but he was back within 4 hours with a cone to stop him licking his wound. Cone = stress so he is wearing one of my socks instead and seems to be leaving it be for now. Stanley was not the slightest bit worries about him being gone either which surprised me.

Me and MiL went to H&M and made a few purchases - I bought some jeans and of course a few pieces for Minnie. Since having Minnie my body has changed - slimmer legs but a mum tum - meaning that I am drawn to different clothes now.

Simon and I are both knackered so we wont be long out of bed. Despite Minnie having slept through for two night - 10-7 on both - I am weary (maybe the last 9 weeks are catching up), and I feel the house is a bomb site too which stresses me out as I like things to be organised.

Randomly I have volunteered to help at a school fayre tomorrow afternoon - why oh why do I do these things?!?!?!?!?
