Mystery tent

Apparently the stuff delivered on tuesday by truck had nothing to do with the new outdoor lights that are being placed.
They errected a massive tent over a section of road. As there are no parties scheduled in the near future, I presume it's to protect a test site for a new asphalt pavement with high rubber content (persuade-project), have to check on that tomorrow.
Apparently it's called a poroelastic road surface, and it's not an asphalt pavement, because there are no bitumen involved (thx to L. Goubert, project leader)
