Quizzical Gull?

This gull was a strider, a parader of the pier. We both walked left, and then right.....but no, too far right and he is on the road, so left again, him wondering if there is a law against the stalking of a gull, me wondering if he will ever take off. He didn't but he did pose with this look of wonder at the stillness of the water and beautiful reflection of the houses in the bay, sadly not captured in this shot, if only I could take part of another shot and place it with Q G.
