Agora

Today I went on a social enterprise training course, one of the highlights was the venue it was held in- The Engine Shed on St Leonard's Lane in Edinburgh, the food is amazing! Another highlight was a trip to visit The Grassmarket Project which is slightly hidden away just off Candlemaker Row heading into the Grassmarket, it's a fantastic place to get bespoke furniture made from beautiful salvaged wood. I had never been to either of these places before today and I will definitely be back. The sunset on my shorter than usual commute home was incredible.

Agora is an Ancient Greek word meaning 'meeting place'. Both of the spaces we visited today encourage social interaction between all members of society.

There is a lot to think about and loads of opportunities to develop exciting things at work. Not without time to share ideas and have discussions, both of which are in very short supply.

No man is an island.
