Not at 3000 ft.

Shortly after this micro light landed at Old Sarum airfield, had a chin wag with the pilot and owner Nick Evison. He lives in Salisbury (home is really NSW). His Quantum has an 80hp engine,does 60 mph on 12 litres of fuel. Anyway asked him if for £20 he could take me for a spin over the Cathedral for some photos.

No go. He would have to fly at 3000 ft to comply with the regulations, and would be frozen solid very quickly anyway, plus the photos would not be any good at that height even if I could still function. I`ll try for a Stonehenge flight in the summer .
