On today's run I saw a......

.......cabbage!

And lots of traffic. And drizzle. And closed curtains!

I couldn't sleep this morning so left my nice warm bed and trotted off down the road, past the queues of rush hour traffic! Daughter Number 1 says she doesn't like running past traffic as she gets beeped!!! I don't have that problem....sadly!!

But I managed to knock 5 minutes off my time which I'm chuffed with, despite the niggling hamstring!

Daughter Number 1 has taken Mr W C*******s Shopping today. I have secretly given her my list!!!
