Daniel is at Nursery today so I got a chance to go back to sleep after Daddy got Daniel up at the usual 5.30am. He gets Daniel ready and takes him out to Nursery himself.

I had great plans of doing all the sort of newborn baby shots I'd studied in tutorials. First problem: not the right sort of girlie headband in the shop. Second problem: Baby didn't want to go to sleep at suitable time. Third problem: wakeful Baby didn't want it's sleepsuit, vest and nappy taken off. Fourth problem: Fluffy drape for "studio shot" now wet from de-nappied Baby.....

I'll just use a shot I took this morning while Emily was tucked up in her carry cot!
