In the web

This was a quick Blip tonight after dinner,being so windy it made it difficult to shoot something in the garden. I spied this little twig caught up in a spiders web in our tree. I had my last speed session with Millie tonight,Millie worked well doing 4x800m averaging 2:40 for each 800 which is 10min 3k pace. Sunday week Millie will be racing at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Track and Field Champs in Hamilton,I have done my best to prepare her for the 3000m and with a top performance and new PB last Saturday I think we have planned it well and I know Millie will do her best and then add a bit more to it.
