Cested Grebe

A few of us from the camera club went out to photograph the lupins in flower in the McKenzie. The weather was inclement on the coast and we were wondering what was in store for us in the mountains, however getting above Burkes Pass the weather brightened to patchy cloud with sunny breaks......yay.
Spent alot of time photographing lupins then moved on to Lake Alexandrina and these are two Crested Grebes that were on the lake, along with coots, scaups and the mallards. It was a great day, and I have 350 images to sort.
