Technology

Technology has been particularly useful and helpful today but sometimes I think I would benefit from temporarily losing it & losing contact with the world.
I ventured out at stupid o'clock this morning & was home with a big headache, new antibiotics & lots of work by lunchtime.
Missed my girls play netball this afternoon & my GFC boys down at the Lane because of hideous Sinusitis! However, thanks to the iPad & GFC TV I was able to watch us win 2-0 against top of the league Hastings FC! Whoop!
And now for a very good night's sleep & switch off from the world tomorrow:-)
