Butter wouldn't melt!

This Jack Russell is looking lovingly up at its owner, a friend of mine, as if to say I am very sorry for what I have done.
Murphy made the front pages of our local paper yesterday having spent 3 days down a disused badger set. He emerged thinner but apparently unharmed which is more than can be said for his poor owner who spent nights out in freezing conditions worrying about him.
The combined efforts of the Fire Service, an underground camera, 2 other Jack Russells one with a tracking device which located him 17 feet down a tunnel and eventually a mechanical digger were required to get him out and he shot out when hand digging got to within a few feet of him.
What is worse this is the 3rd time he has been down this set and once before it was for 3 days. I don't think he is going to get another chance.!
Never mind I have been telling her for a while he needed to lose weight and this method of dieting certainly worked this time!
