Faded grandeur

this rather grand doorway is to a house that has stood empty for many years, positioned just along from Higherford Mill, a once very busy tho small textile mill in the village where I live. Behind this door the building is gradually becoming more and more derelict and I wish someone with plenty of dosh would just see its beauty and save it. I liked the way the sun was shining across the ivy this morning.
