20 minute Scrabble

We started 20 minute Scrabble to help the boys with what the school describes as 'signs of dyslexia' which in my childhood was known as being rubbish at spelling. They were resistant to playing Scrabble as such, but a 20 minute rapid round game after dinner was tolerable, especially with a chocolate as a prize for the highest score when the alarm went off.

And yet, despite my degree, post-grad, MSc etc these two boys with their lack of interest in literature and 'signs of dyslexia' are absolutely thrashing me, although with a hand like this one it's not that surprising.

Any suggestions for my next move?
