Casting shadows......

The lamps in the castle were well lit by the time I left this evening. It's been a L O N G day and there's been far too much numeracy in it. Doubles and near doubles have proved just that bridge too far for some.

Still, there's progress on the roadworks front. Tonight there were four man standing round the hole and three actually in it! Time's nearly up for when the road should be open again.

Only three more days of the November weather diaries to go before December kicks in. THAT is scary. Wonder if it WILL snow before Christmas....?
