Out Of Order

I went to Kingston Hospital for my post op check up, the Surgeon is plaesed with my progress BUT has made an appt to give the other shoulder an MRI as that has also been hurting for a few months, he says it is quite common to have the same problem in both shoulders :-(

Walked back to Kingston and did a bit of Christmas shopping, bumped into a friend nathalie, always nice, also caught up wiuth a few friends on the phone, I have been pretty tired all day.
