Stuck again

Driving in Montgomery County between 2:30pm and 3:30pm means you'd have to stop behind one of those a few times.
After I had done that already twice, I decided to make it my blip of frustration. Don't get me wrong, I love kids, but one day they'll be car drivers and they'll get it too.
